Are you struggling to feed yourself and your family in a healthy way! Join Suzy for an Introduction to Clean Eating. Learn the basics of your body's needs and how to keep it running well. The class will be demonstration style and will include 5 seasonal, whole food based recipes. At the end of the 2 hour lesson, you will eat a full meal, and take home a packet of delicious recipes your family will love. Save your spot in class as space is limited. Register today.
