Having the right items on hand in your kitchen is the simplest way to make healthy cooking a breeze. A well-stocked pantry is a must for the busy person to create great tasting healthy meals. During our session you will learn that food is information to your body and how it has the power to heal or harm your immune system. By keeping the right ingredients on hand you can protect your health and that of your family.

You will gain an understanding of how some of the foods you are eating may be causing chronic inflammation in your body, which may be causing you or your family members to experience allergies, auto-immune diseases, digestive distress, or other long-term diseases.

Discover the best spots to purchase healthy foods... to stock your pantry and fridge with real, healing foods that are brimming with nutrients that are essential for energy and longevity. You will learn the best products to look for, how to read labels and understand ingredients, nutritional tables, and how to identify the best products to ensure your family’s optimum health. 



Your healthy cooking session begins with a Health History Consultation in-person or by phone, and is an opportunity for us to meet to discuss what you like to eat, your lifestyle, and your health goals. I will then suggest meal-planning ideas that you will choose for our cooking session. Cooking sessions can take place in your kitchen or mine. All ingredients and recipes will be provided for you. Learn how to vary your cooking styles and flavors to jazz up your family meals and reduce boredom while keeping your family happy. This is a great way for you to become comfortable with new cooking techniques and ingredients with someone by your side mentoring you through the process.
